Fruit Smoothie


½ banana
2 ice cubes
1 cup juice (such as apple, grape, pear, berry, or pineapple)
1 Tbs plain yogurt with live cultures
1 Tbs flaxseed oil
Add all ingredients together in a blender and mix. Protein powder, fresh or frozen berries, or other fruits may also be added. Makes a great breakfast drink.

Celery and Peanut Butter/Flax Seeds


Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (almond, cashew, or soy butter) on a celery stalk or consume the celery with some freshly ground organic flaxseeds.

    Chocolate Banana Freeze

1 cup chocolate enriched soymilk,
organic full fat plain yogurt,
or rice milk with 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp pure
maple syrup
½ very ripe banana, sliced
water or ice chips, to taste.
Blend all in blender or food processor.
Serve immediately or freeze in 6-8 paper cups.

  Apple Crisp

6 Organic apples peeled, cored, and sliced
½ cup agave nectar
½ tsp cinnamon

Topping
2 cups raw organic walnuts
½ organic walnuts
½ tsp cinnamon
1 packet of stevia 3-4 Tbsp organic apple juice

Preheat oven to 350 degress
In a large bowl mix the first 3 ingredients together
Grind the nuts in a food processor and
place in a medium bowl.
Add the next 4 ingredients and mix well. Next spray a glass ( or pan of choice) 11x8 pan with
spectrum organic olive oil spray.
Spread apples evenly in the pan and sprinkle
apples with topping.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
