Natural Jello
1 Cup fruit juice to 1 cup Agar flakes
Bring juice to a boil, add flakes and simmer till flakes dissolve
(no evidence of flakes).
Pour into mold, if desired add fruit
Sit in room temperature till hardens
You control
the ingredients and sugar levels!

Pina Colada
1 cup coconut milk (a “brain food”)
1 cup plain organic yogurt or enriched plain soymilk
1 large very ripe banana, sliced
½ cup crushed pineapple with juice
15-20 grams whey, soy, or rice protein powder
crushed ice, to taste
Blend all in blender or food processor. Serve immediately or freeze
for powder Popsicles.

Almond
cookies
Boil almonds until the skin is soft and then cool
Pop whites of nut out and place in blender
Add water to liquefy
Pour into strainer
Take pulp of nuts and add whole grain pastry flour (Arrowhead Mills)
and maple syrup to taste.
Roll into balls and place onto cookie sheet (If desired place a
thumb print and add jelly

Krispy Brown Rice Treats
¼ cup brown rice syrup
1 tsp tahini
melt
add organic brown rice cereal
(mix in any of the following if desired: carob chips,
coconut flakes,ETC.)
mold into dish and let harden

Bliss
Balls
½ cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup honey
½ cup + 2 tbsp. Sunflower seeds
2 tbs. Tahini
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ cup shredded coconut plus additional for garnish
1 tsp vanilla extract
Grind the raw sunflower seeds into a rough powder
in a blender, combine all ingredients into a stiff and crumbly
dough. Press balls and roll in coconut. ———————————————

Carob
Sunflower Balls
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup walnuts (or almonds)
Toast at 350 for 10-15 minutes
Chop walnuts (almonds) finely, mix with
sunflower seeds and:
1 cup almond or cashew butter
½ cup brown rice syrup (or maple syrup)
½ cup carob powder
½ cup rolled oats
¼ tsp. Vanilla
1 tbs. Sesame seeds
Wet hands and shape mix into 2 inch balls.
Roll in ¾ cup of coconut (or crushed almonds, or other
